59A-7.039 Administrative Enforcement.
The agency shall enforce the provisions of Chapter 483, Part I, F.S., and Chapter 59A-7, F.A.C., by administering fines or other remedies for statutory and rule violations as provided by Sections 483.201 and 483.221, F.S. When the agency determines that any condition in the laboratory presents a clear and present danger to public health and safety, the agency shall take administrative action up to and including issuance of an emergency order immediately revoking the license.
